Absolutely! We do free facility tours every day. Just give us a call or shoot us an email to schedule. We'll show you around, let you see the equipment, and answer any questions you've got. No commitment required - we want you to feel comfortable before making any decisions.

We'll do an initial assessment, figure out where you're at, and build a program that makes sense for you. We've had complete beginners become absolute beasts here. We're not your typical commercial gym. We focus on tactical and athletic performance training - think functional strength, Olympic lifting, real conditioning work. Our coaches have actual experience in military fitness, sports performance, and powerlifting. Plus, we keep our member count limited so it never feels crowded and you get proper attention. It's more like a training facility than a gym.

We're open Monday through Friday from 5am to 10pm, and weekends from 7am to 8pm. We know people train at different times - early birds, lunch crew, after-work warriors - so we try to keep it accessible. Our staff's here during all hours if you need coaching or have questions.
